The ethic-orientation of managing way is a new tendency for development of international management thoughts. The both sides of teaching management implementation and affection are human beings,And their final significance is to achieve activities among human beings. Therefore, ethics question cannot be avoided. It is necessary to check ethic thought of teaching management from the historical angle, investigate ethic thought development thoroughly and prompt its modern significance. The university teaching management in our country has not been able to disengage from the pattern of former Soviet Union,which is excessively rigid and insufficiently flexible. What's more, the managing system comprises little factor of ethics and very little emotion is put into the process of the management. The ethic crisis of our university teaching management emerges gradually in this new times, when individual main body consciousness is emphasized and"people-oriented"idea is advocated. The ethic crisis of our university teaching management mainly represents as follows: teaching administrative personnel lack benevolence, the faculty and students lack the happy feelings, democratic atmosphere is insufficient, free space needs to be achieved in teaching and learning and fair criterion needs to be established in teaching management, etc. Reasons that lead to this kind of crisis are various as below: the biased human nature supposition hinders the administrative personnel's feeling of benevolence; the popularization of utilitarianism causes the teachers and students to lack happy feelings; the"officialdom standard"consciousness in university causes the democratic atmosphere difficult to be build; the rigid university teaching management system suppresses the free space and the unreasonable appraisal system causes the teaching management to lose its fair foundation. The settlement of the ethics crisis of university teaching management and the elimination of practical problems lie on introducing new conceptions, adjusting management ways and rebuilding authority relations in the university. Firstly, we should initiate the management idea of the"Ethics-Management"; Secondly, we should persist in the value orientation of"people-oriented"; Thirdly, we should strengthen the virtue sculpture of teaching administrative personnel and ensure teaching service to practice. Fourthly, we should establish the balance mechanism of"teaching-learning-administration"and create the democratic atmosphere; Fifthly, we should reform the rigid teaching management system and guarantee that teaching and learning are free. Sixthly, we should reform teaching appraisal system and ensure the fair foundation of teaching management; Finally, we should balance the relations between the academic authority and the administrative authority, entrust academic organizations with enough words power.
