The research on having difficulty in learning math is a problem in the math teaching and practice. Having difficulty in learning math refers to the real level of learning math is obviously lower than the expectation. It can demonstrate the un-coordination between the probability of the students learning math and the requisition on learning and teaching. With the practice in teaching math, the situation of that some students have difficulty in learning math and the experience of teaching, the writer make a research on the methods of students learning math, and under the analysis and research on this topic, then advance nine principles and seven specific tactics to transform the students who have difficulty in learning math. These principles and tactics have been proved in the experiments that are practical and effective.The result of the research:1, All factors for normal students in learning math that can ranked from strong to weak are: intelligence factors, teachers, school and society, mathematic viewpoint, the link between the junior grade and senior grade, and the un-intelligence factor.2, The gender, grade have no obvious effect on learning math. In learning, we should objectively estimate every student's factors in having difficulty in learning math.3 ,The result of the research indicates that the main factors that influence the achievement are un-intelligence factor, the link between the junior and senior, mathematic viewpoint, teacher, school and society. Though a few of students have some difficulty in learning math for less intelligence, this is not the main reason for students have difficulty in learning math.4, Un-intelligence factor has the main effect on the student having difficulty in learning. The improvement of unintelligence may strengthen teacher, school and society, mathematic viewpoint, the link between the junior and senior.5, This result of this experiments proves that the principles and tactics for the students who have difficulty in learning math and helpful for the students to learn math and can rise their math level, and can make the students improve their efficiency and reduce their pressure and burden on studying.
