Research On The Development Strategy Of Xuzhou School Of Electromechanic And Engineering

Vocational education is an indispensable component of modem education and it is the mainstay in state industrialization, production socialization and modernization. Vocational education developed so fast and many application talented persons were trained. It improved the employees' quality in China and accelerated the nation's economic and social development. At present, vocational education is facing a historical opportunity of development. However in the vocational education domain the competition tend to be intense day by day, it has a special significance to catch the opportunity, look for our own position and determine fixable developmental strategy. Xuzhou School of Electromechanic and Engineering is more than a year historical, so nowadays how to face the opportunity and the challenge and to determine its own localization is an urgent research topic.Based on studying the strategy management theories widely, the paper firstly adopts PEST analytical method, Poter's five forces competition model and evaluating EFE matrix to evaluate the external environment, and the author gets the external environment is favorable for Xuzhou School of Electromechanic and engineering. Then this paper uses evaluating IFE matrix to evaluate internal environment with the interior resources and ability, the value chain as well as the core competitive power analysis and makes clear about the school superiority to be bigger than the inferiority. Based on the analysis above, the author uses fuzzy integrated evaluation and SWOT analysis to obtain the strategic plan for the school. Simultaneously the author uses QSPM quantitative evaluation method to carry on the feasibility analysis from two aspects of quantity and qualitative to the alternative plan and proposes the school should focus on recruitment resources market-penetrably strategic, associate with the school business union combination as well as new specialty and educational model strategic. At last in order to promote the strategic implementationand the control ,this paper suggest some advices and measures.
