The conditions of the city and countryside education are very different and the difference of their is obvious. Under the new economic society situation, it is very important to see highly of the speciality of implementingconnection theory with reality, and the innovation of the teaching idea, the teaching strategy, the teaching pattern, the teaching method and the teaching appraisal mechanism. The goal is to reducing the difference of the city and countryside education, to realizing the encircle of the rural education and the economical development ,enhancing the actual effect of the political classroom ,and to raising and to sharpening the countryside student's ability of the thought and the practice, so that they can adapt the modern society. The concrete method is the low cost teaching through understanding the innovation teaching, designing the new educational model, using the cooperation teaching and the question teaching, and mending the question which appears unceasingly through the practice. It reduces the teaching cost and is quite suitable to the countryside teaching present situation. In this article, the concrete teaching process very little needs to use multimedia or other equipment, on the contrary, exploits and uses the peripheral resources extremely, more importantly, fully uses the cerebrum resources of the student. Through the reseaching of this article,the author hopes that it can help the countryside political teaching and other disciplines in the implementation innovation teaching process .
