With the development of new reform of the curriculum, it has higher requirements towards education and places higher expectation on teachers, and teachers' capability has become the focus of education. As an important part of the education, it's time for the evaluation of teachers to be changed. Effective evaluation can inspire their spontaneous consciousness of specialties. It is a key to accelerate the developments and qualities of teachers.By using the methods of investigation and documental study, the thesis makes a review and introspection of the present evaluation of teachers, expounds all sorts of abuses, and then elaborates that it's necessary to carry out Teachers' Portfolio Evaluation. On the basis of the previous research, I put forwards teachers' portfolio evaluation and build up good appraisal content of teachers, applying principles on progressive teachers to evaluate and accelerate the development of teachers' professionalization. The prominent characteristic for the evaluation is to highly emphasize teachers' important function "self-reflection," "self-evaluation" in evaluation and fully reflect them in each part. Teachers' portfolio evaluation I study sticks to development first, lays stress on the future, on self-perfection and the co-operation, so as to promote the development of teachers' professionalization and life-long growth. It's advantageous to curriculum new course reform in education, to teachers' professionalism and the sustainable development of teachers. It'll do good to the scientific individual development of education administration.
