The peripherization crisis is being more and more serious, which make them be exclusive from social institutional participation mechanism. And their growth space disappears. It will make them be dissatisfied with social, and will results their psychology crisis and social crisis even. Potential threat to social stability will follow.In the changing modern society, head-hunting company are attempting to "move" talents from one company to another company, white collars are finding their new value position, laid-off are working hard and living happily, and unemployed people are finding their new jobs. Meanwhile, the status of the unemployed youth is not improved. On the other side, the number of them is increasing. They also have their difficulties and need help. How to help them have their own life? In the information style and knowledge economy society, education is the most important way to help them improve the ability; go out from home to the society. They will have their wonderful lives.This research investigated the living status and the education needs of the city community unemployed youth by the methods of survey and interview. Through the survey of community education, labor security department, and youth work office, this paper learns the education helping status of the community administration and government, and compared with the education needs of unemployed youth. Then the paper try to find out the proper advice to make education help has more pertinence and validity.
