The worldwide industry structure adjustment, as well as the technical progress, and the 2008 financial crisis, plus in the special stage of life period, makes the employment of the youth in weak situation much more difficult. To solve this problem needs collaboration in all fields of the state. And Vocational training, as one of the most characteristic part in the vocational education, has irreplaceable significance. Denmark’s vocational training for unemployed youth can provide inspiration for our country. This paper takes vocational training of unemployed youth in Denmark as the research object, explorats the pathway of vocational training in Denmark, and analyzes the factors forming the vocational training pathway. From this learning perspective, this paper expects to obtain some meaningful enlightenment for our country’s youth vocational training and promote the employment of unemployed youth in our country.This paper consists of five sections:Section one is introduction.This section is to explain the purpose of the study, review the previous studies on unemployed youth vocational training pathway in Denmark, define three core concepts of vocational training of unemployed youth.Section two introduces the general situation of Denmark and its education system, including geography, demography, economics, politics, cultural and education system.Section three explains the vocational training pathway of unemployed youth in Denmark, which involves job rotation, production school, AMU, vocational guidance and counseling. This section introduces the vocational training pathways from several aspects, including target people, implement pathway, manage methods, teachers training, funds and so on. Lastly, briefly summarize its characteristics, including guiding by lifelong learning theory, highlighting practice and personalization, emphasizing market-oriented and perfect vocational guidance system. Section four analyzes the reasons of successful operation of the Danish unemployed youth vocational training pathway, which include a strong economic basis support, a flexible and secure labor market model, a sound social security system, a unique national identity, and a complete vocational education system.Section five illustrates some inspirations from Danish unemployed youth vocational training pathway for reformation of unemployed youth vocational training in China, which involves taking the lifelong learning concept as the philosophy of vocational training for unemployed youth, providing recognition of prior learning for unemployed youth before vocational training, improving China’s unemployed youth career guidance system, focusing on the vocational practical ability in vocational training, and enhancing the overall quality of vocational training teachers.
