Study On The Rising And Developing Of Professional Football Leagues

The Professional Football League organization is a successful operating system of professional football. As a kind of business organization, it has its own organizing formation, which is tightly connected with the miraculous development of the professional football over the world. In the foreign developed professional football countries, especially in Europe, the existence of strong Professional Football Leagues is one of the most important experiences of their success. And their success eloquently told us, without Professional Football League, there will not be successful professional football. Thus we must learn from them, and forming our own Professional Football League is very necessary. By using methods of literature, comparison and logical analysis, we studied the characteristic of the rising and development of Professional Football Leagues, in order to supply some theoretical reference for the development of professional football in our country. The conclusions are following:1. Professional Football League is a system to manage professional football. Actually it is the league of professional football clubs which united together in aim to explore the matches between them and other football businesses for most profit. The clubs are not only investors but also administrators, they are equal with each other in the league.2. The internal reason of the rising of Professional Football League organization is that each club can not live with out others clubs in the same level; The external reason of the rising of Professional Football League organization is the restraint of traditional Association-Club management system towards clubs and the competition pressure in modern commercial society.3. The main characteristic of development of Professional Football League organization are: the main aim of league is pursuing the maximum profit; the leagues develop depending on the market; the owner of the clubs are both investors and administrators; the leagues keep competitive balance by distributing the income to the clubs; combining the marketing of the leagues and the independently marketing of clubs; the leagues have strong stimulation and restraint system.4. Although China Football League organization attributed to trade union and make profit through management, it's different with Professional Football Leagues in organization aim, structure, participant, power and self-management. Organization aims are promote development of football in China and the participants are civil servant. Organization leader power is come from administration authorization, but club authorization. China Footballs event associations were constructed by the government by which can't represent their member's profit and the employees of association were also civil servant.
