With the development of the economy, especially the "new economy" ages coming, If our country business enterprise want to exist and develop, thy must pay more attention to innovation. The employee who must be excellent is the base of the innovation. That is to say, the enterprises must train their employees constantly. So the mode is important to any enterprise that want to train employs effective. Recently our country is in the beginning of the training mode. And we cannot study the training mode from other counties completely. To find the best way for our enterprises, the paper will study the training mode.
