The establishment and implement of the high school new curriculum reformation project is a response to the national all-round education in the new century. The implement will greatly improve the national education level. The reformation in physics curriculum will certainly improve the physics education level. However, the changes bring forward new requirements to the physics teachers. These changes are gradual and mutual. The natural science category of physics determines its character, which is both a main source to understand the objective world and a science directly related to life. Therefore, I believe constructing a harmonious relationship between the teacher and the students is an inevitable choice of the teacher in the new high school curriculum reformation. One reason is based on the ideology of"humanism"in the high school physics new curriculum. The relationship between the teacher and the students is based on the same teaching objectives, which is the development of the teaching process, the basis of ensuring an effective teaching objective. Whether the teaching process will be developed smoothly not only depends on the one-side influence from the teachers, but also requires good educational environment and atmosphere. This kind of educational environment and atmosphere mainly relies on whether the relationship between the teacher and the students are harmonious. Second, the demand of a good relationship between the teacher and the students is a special requirement of the new high school physics curriculum reformation. The implement of the new curriculum makes it clear that all school activities pave the way for the students'lifelong learning. The implement of the physics new curriculum requires the teachers reinforce the consciousness of contribution, definitude the learning objective, set the standard of the talented, thus the objectives of students in education. Third, the demand of a good relationship between the teacher and the students is determined by the peculiarities and characteristics of the moral education. This can be achieved by introducing the history of physics, the presentation of the modern science. The physics education includes the education for patriotism and science and is an important part of the school moral education. It is different from the general moral education. To reinforce the pertinence, validity and go-aheadism of the moral education, moral education should be carried out everywhere at any time, making all kinds of educational and social activities become the carrier of all-round moral education, which demands of the teachers'special attention upon the understanding and handling the democracy and harmonious relationship between the teacher and the students. With the application of the coming new high school physics teaching material in the coming 2007, I read the compulsory textbook of the new teaching materials on the Internet, studied the objectives in writing the new curriculum, thus putting forward the subject of the relationship between the teacher and the students to be discussed.This article intends to solve the problem that leads to the low teaching efficiency caused by the disharmonious and tense relationship between the teacher and the students in physics class. The peculiarity of the physics class requires a good relationship between the teacher and the students. Through researches and discussions, I hope to come up with some guiding ideas for the new physics curriculum reformation and make my own contributions to cultivate the talented who are qualified to serve the socialism and well-off society.
