The secondary vocational school advocates the quality education for all-arounddevelopment, and it educates qualified technical students for the society. With thedevelopment of education reform, the teaching activity of mathematics modeling iscarried out in the secondaryvocational school. It is veryimportant for the students toapplyandsolvethequestions.This article analyzes the students'study characteristics, the students'studysituation .It proposed developing mathematics modeling in the secondary vocationalschool. Through the research of the mathematics modeling, and it summarizes theprincipleofmathematics modeling,theteachingmethodandtheteachingcontentsinthe secondary vocational school . It is proved that mathematics modeling must beunified with the production practice, and that mathematics modeling also must beconnectedwiththeComputerAidedTechnology.Anditproposes theproblemandthesolutioninmathematicsmodelingprocess.In order to inspect mathematics study condition in the secondary vocationalschool, I have carried on the questionnaire survey to the students in the Jilin AirService Engineering School. Finally I discover that the different teaching methodhaveandifferenteffectonthestudentsindifferentgradeanddifferentregion,andthatit has tremendous influence on the students'mathematics interest and it has alsobeengoodforthestudents'abilitytosolvethequestions.This research and the investigation of article provides the more detailed theorybasis and the objective practice guide for the secondary vocational schoolmathematics teaching, thus impels the secondary vocational school mathematicseducationalreform,inordertodevelopthesecondaryvocationalschool'smathematicsteaching smoothly and to make the contribution for our countrysecondary vocationalschool'sdevelopment.
