Residents Participation And Community Governance

The citizen's social life and the entire society's structure has sudden changes ,and the person as a"member in an organization"has been gradually transformed as a member in the society"with economy swift development. As the smallest unit in the city administration organizations—The Community faces reforms and adjustments. So there is an urgent and practical significance for the residents and the governments how to balance the relationship between the multiple players in the community and construct equal and friendly society governance mechanism by the way of community governance.The paper is Based on the data concerned and the latest investigation on the community of xinduxiang,in Chongqing, the article dissects some problem in ommunity governmance, and analyzes some main reason for the residents are of lower quality and with lower participated inclination.
