In the current education practice, the education for all-round development has already become the social consensuses, the normal high school, as the cradle which brings up a talented person, must turn education reform deeply, insist taking education for all-round development as the core, which is a long-term and arduous mission. And then, concerning the progress of development of talented person in our high school, there is very big resistance in practice, the concrete situation of the market of employing had get into a new level, the needing of the talented person's ability have the new definition. now, how to suit for the employing market circumstance, develop the student's real working ability, have became a important topics of the higher education of our country. These realistic problems have become a "bottleneck" which influences improving of high student education for all-round development in the school. Therefore, designing and establishing a scientific, viable student ability evaluation model, not only can lead a way to improve the student's overall characters, but also make the work of development of the talented person to have more pertinence, activity and result. This paper depends the importations of questionnaire, sorting and analyzing the feedback data, combines the evaluating standards of the company in real business at, induces the problem which should emphasize in the process of student training, depurates the core application abilities which are most important, and building up the model of the core application abilities, to provide a new route and method about the current student training mode.The main research work includes: 1, Analyzed the needing of talented person's ability by the company in realbusiness in the current society situation, tally up the scope of the core application ability, define and the important meaning.2., Put forward the concept of the core application ability of the student in the school. Point out the core application ability means the total of function dominant and excessiveness ability in one personal work ability. And put forward five index signs.3, Gather the foundation of anglicizing feedback data, sampled to five ability index signs of cooperate consciousness, devoting spirit, self-management ability, ability of solving emergency and honesty, combine in the "iceberg theories" of the HR theories, built up the model of the core application abilities, , unify the five important index signs into a integrity frame.4, this paper built up a core application ability evaluation model, and put forward the prior condition and the regulation within process of the model implement, combine the evaluation method of formation and result, and improving the comment to compose a work. Incarnating the topic of developing evaluation, we can evaluated a student in a more science theory, on another hand provide the science gist which can help the company to choose the right graduate student.
