Research And Studies On The School Basketball Movement In Kashi Xinjiang

The cultivating of reserve talents in sports is the strategic question of sports development. In our country, as the most early runs out Asia to move towards the world—the basketball movement, at present actually faces the reserve talented sportsmen serious deficient aspect. The athletic personnel training, as "pyramidal theory fundamental parts"—elementary and middle schools stage is the initiation stage of basketball movement athletics personnel training, also is the most important time in our Chinese people to improve nation quality during our country nine year compulsory educations. Therefore, using the basketball training not only can educate the youth in comprehensive physical quality enhancement but also can cultivate basketball movement reserve talented sportsmen. This paper has researched and analyzed the basketball movement in the district of Kashi through academic reference, questionnaire, interview, statistics and logic analysis, and the following conclusion are reached:1. In Kashi Xinjiang there are certain advantages in developing school basketball movement, but the present situation of basketball development is not well in an overall view. From the basketball developing point of view, the middle school is relatively better than the elementary school, rich County and the Kashi city is also better than the poverty and the developing county, the reason is that the economical condition and the basketball atmosphere are the difference among them. Because of school officials don't pay much attention to, only occupied by the intelligence school 37.5percent elementary and middle schools has been developed the extracurricular basketball training work.2. From the school basketball teaching point of view, there are some disadvantages such as repeating course content, the lacking of teaching location and teaching time, the teaching methods question and so on. In the teaching, only takes the basketball technology seriously, and neglects the cultivation of students' basketball interests, as a result, all those lead to the youth like the basketball but unwilling to take basketball class.3.Form the extracurricular basketball activity developing point of view, the number of participates in basketball training is few, the basketball activity lacks the professional instruction, the organization of basketball cannot satisfy the students to participate in the joyful request, all those are the disadvantageous to cultivate students'basketball interests. 4. In Kashi xinjiang, form the professional basketball training point of view, the quality and quantity of teaching personnel are not satisfied with the request of professional basketball training, the basketball equipment, the training time cannot be offered sufficiently, There is still much contradictory between EPE and academic studies, the training funds is insufficient, there is a little competition chance ,and the athlete does not have the opportunity to carry on the exercise through the competition. In addition, the cultivation system of basketball talented sportsmen is not perfect, the level of scientific training is not high , all those seriously affect the quality and the quantity of basketball reserve talented sportsmen in Kashi district.
