Innovation is a basic way to maintain competition predominance for a corporation, an industry and a country, as well as the service industry. In the face of the rapid development of the social economy, technology, and the ever-changing market, service corporations can be competitively in a more favorable position, only by innovating with correct decisions and quickly-responding ability to introduce high-qualities innovative products.The launching of cycling self-help antipoverty vocational education project is an attemptable innovation on the traditional mode of vocational education. Its starting point is to help disadvantaged groups get wealthy and educated, its cut-in point is to make use of vocational education to help the two kinds of students get rich who have been unable to go to middle or high school or discontinued their studying due to poverty. With the current labor demand of enterprise, without any penny from the government, parents, schools and enterprises the project helps these two kinds of lagging-behind students get vocational skills and get rid of poverty. By professional development training, it enhances two kinds of quality (psychological, vocational ability) of the two kinds of lagging-behind students, and provides reliable intelligent protection for their career development or business-starting, and thereby helps them to realize the true meaning of anti-poverty. At the same time, it gives them a chance to help brothers and sisters who need help in their personal experiences and moral feelings, thus the whole project can be a benign cycle. The service idea of cycling self-help antipoverty vocational education can help students, schools, enterprises solve their own value problems, achieving win-win results, excellent social effects and good economic returns.At present, it may say that the research on the service innovation mode has not an acknowledged conclusion yet. It is rarer to take a research on the service innovation mode of the work-and-study, vocational education linking the current theoretical research result of service innovation. Based on the consideration of these issues, this paper starts a research on the cycling self-help antipoverty vocational education project. Based on the summary of the theory of service innovation and the analysis of cycling self-help vocational education, using four-dimension model of service innovation, this paper systematically expounds the effect on the service innovation system of antipoverty vocational education project caused by four dimensions, i.e., new service concept, new client interface, new service delivery system and selection of technology. It also expounds the relationship and interaction among the four dimensions , comprehensively analyzes and discusses service system design based on services innovation.Chapter 1 of this paper makes an outline of the background and significance of the subject selection, and service-innovation-related research actuality. The second chapter recapitulates the concepts and characteristics of service, service innovation theory advanced by scholars. It emphasizes a conclusion of service innovation motivity and model, and introduces the four-dimension model of service innovation thoroughly. Chapter 3 summarizes the status quo of anti-poverty vocational education in China, the faced opportunities and challenges. Chapter 4 analyzes the motivity and relative factors of service innovation. Combining with cases, Chapter 5 takes a research on service innovation model of anti-poverty vocational education from every aspect of the four-dimension model of service innovation, suggests specific measures of service innovation. At last, this paper draws the conclusion of the research.
