Rural vocational education has been the hot issues that people concerns since reform and opening. The National Ministry of Education propose deepening educational reform and vigorously developing rural vocational education. Currently, three-dimensional rural issues have become bottleneck for the sustainable, stable and coordinated development of economy and society. Rural vocational education is the most direct and effective way of cultivating high quality workers and developing rural economy. Therefore, it is very meaningful to study and innovation the mode of rural vocational education.The guidance of this paper is the basic theory of modern economy. We use comparison and investigation analysis methods, innovation the mode of rural vocational education. First this paper introduces the concept of rural vocational education and the basic theory of rural vocational education; Then analyses the mode of rural vocational education in developing and developed countries; And then studies the mode of rural vocational education in China, find the defects of these modes and base on these defects to innovation the mode of rural vocational education in China. Finally draws the basic conclusions and the relevant policy recommendations.Reference the experience that developing and developed countries evolution rural vocational education, and innovation the mode of rural vocational education in China base on these defects of existing rural vocational education mode. Because of the discrepancy of economic development level and educational resources distribution in various areas, there is no unified mode of rural vocational education in China. This paper constructs trilateral interactive mode, step mode and dual group mode for western, central and eastern region respectively.The major innovations: (1) It comparatively analyzes rural vocational education mode between developed and developing countries. (2) It analyzes the differentiation of the condition of develop rural vocational education in each part of China. (2) It explores new mode for rural vocational education in view of discrepancy in rural vocational education conditions of various regions.
