This paper adopts literature analysis and the questionnaire survey research. First, the author collects the related literature and discusses the meaning and significance of information technology combined with curriculum, as well as the survey tools. Secondly, the author discussed the definition and structure of the teacher's teaching efficacy under the background that information technology is combined with curriculum and destined the corresponding survey inventory. Then the author used the inventory, got the relevant information of teachers in middle school in Beibei district of Chongqing, analyzed and discussed the reliability and validity of the inventory and survey results. In the end, the author made the conclusion and proposed the corresponding suggestions.These research investigation objects are 200 teachers in six middle schools in Beibei district of Chongqing. This paper adopted T-test and variance analysis in SPSS13.0 to analyze the similarities and differences among middle school teachers in each aspects of teaching efficacy, and then made the following conclusion:1. The senses of teaching efficiency are quite different in men middle school teachers and women middle school teachers. And men teachers' is obviously higher than women teachers'.2. From the aspect of educational level, the well-educated teachers are better at integrating informational technology with course conformity than the poor-educated teachers. And the differences occur in their sense of teaching efficiency. 3. The tendency of the relation between middle school teachers' senses of teaching efficiency and their teaching experience is that, the senses of teaching efficiency turn stronger if the teachers work for more years.4. Different course teachers have different senses of teaching efficiency as well. The Chinese, English and maths teachers have higher senses of teaching efficiency than others.5. The senses of teaching efficiency are different in teachers from different schools, which mainly exist in those from common middle schools and vocational middle schools. Vocational teachers' senses of teaching efficiency are lower than those from common middle schools.6. Generally speaking, the middle school teachers' sense of teaching efficiency is improved with the promotion of titles of their technical posts.According to the analysis, this paper proposed the suggestions from three aspects (school, individual, society), based on the analysis about the significance of the combination of information technology and curriculum and expected that it can improve the teacher's teaching efficacy.
