The socialist harmonious society is the justice society,fair education is just on the field of education,is the inevitable requirement of building a socialist harmonious society.Only emphasize fairness and justice,social elements can be coordinated,the society will be more harmonious and stable.Therefore,the socialist harmonious society and fair education complement each other,are inseparable.The realization of educational equity will help to promote the people to establish the correct values,inspire social innovation consciousness and improve people's feeling,promoting socialist harmonious society to a higher level.There is no doubt that since China's comprehensive deepening of reform in education fairness has made significant progress.First of all,the quality of the population in poverty area increased significantly,the illiteracy rate decreased significantly.Secondly,the protection of the rights of vulnerable groups to education,rural left-behind children,poor students enrollment opportunities,educational rights to a certain degree of protection.Finally,the rural education conditions gradually improved,especially in the preschool education teaching environment improved significantly.But at the same time,we should also see that there are still many problems in the education fair in China;only from China's macro level analysis,The main performance for the irrational allocation of educational resources between urban and rural areas,teaching facilities gap;Regional Teachers differ greatly,the number of teachers and teachers' quality gap between the developed region and undeveloped region;public and private education development is not balanced,education level and education quality of private schools is significantly lower among groups;educational resources the ability to obtain obvious difference,low ability of vulnerable groups access to educational resources.These four aspects of problems seriously affect China's education fair and healthy development.The author considers that the reasons for these problems in three aspects: first,the negative impact brought by marketization hinder regional education harmonious development;second,social groups not hindered the balanced allocation of educational resources between groups in harmony;third,education evaluation the lack of fairness of education hindered the harmonious order of operation;fourth,social education lack the ability to hinder the harmonious development of education.So for different reasons,The author puts forward the concrete countermeasures from five aspects: the idea,the resource allocation,the weak group,the education evaluation mechanism,and the ability of running a school.First,establish a fair and scientific concept of education.To a realistic attitude to face many problems in the education fair;to an inclusive attitude to accept new things conducive to the healthy development of education;to the concept of innovation breakthrough institutional mechanisms to adapt to the development needs of the education.Second,optimize the allocation of educational resources in poor areas.In order to improve the Midwest educational development ability;optimize the construction of rural teachers;the efficient use of rural local education resources.Third,narrowing the gap in the educational levels.To improve the cognitive level of education fairness;expand the transparency of information disclosure and education institutions;to improve the quality of the people.Fourth occupation skills,establish education evaluation system with justice as its core value.To correctly guide the development direction of education evaluation values to support the education evaluation of third;party organization;strengthen the supervision and management of the educational evaluation.Fifth,improve the independent ability of social education.To improve the private education support policy implementation efforts;standardized level to enhance the social school financing channels;improve the system of democratic management of private schools.
