As an important component of local economy and culture and the special education institutions that undertake the responsibility of cultivating high-level talents for local society, local undergraduate universities play a very important role in promoting local economical and social development and building a well-off society in all-round way. How to bring these roles into play? Cultivation of talents is the key point. Cultivation of talents is the core of all work in institutions of higher learning, training objective and curriculum system, which are related to each other closely, are important factors of the cultivating work.
