Under The New Situation Vocational School Proctor' Function

Higher vocational school proctors are skeleton strength and guide who are engaged in ideological and political education work to educate and encourage vocational school students to grow nicely. In the present situation, higher education is popular, communication is in networking, students'problem is diversity, employment is serious, how to fulfill proctors'function and cultivate a large students who can be adapted to the new situation is an urgent problem.This essay analyzed through the profound changes of the international and domestic situation in which higher vocational school proctors work, and provide insight into the internal environment—higher vocational education has developed and changed, macro—expounded the necessity of transition of higher vocational school proctors'function under the new situation. Based on the data acquired of vocational school students'source materials through questionnaire, the author comprehensively analyzed students'new problem, new features and the new requirement for proctors. In the meantime, from micro—analysis angle, the author further analyzed the necessity of transition about vocational school proctors'function in accordance with the problem arisen in system ,quality ,working method at present situation. This essay analyzed the specialization on higher vocational school proctors'work by contrasting proctors in regular institutions of higher vocational school of that. Proposed creatively vocational school proctors'functional localization in politics, management, conduct, service, employment orientation, guided by"man–oriented", the author gave vocational school proctors'functional the new explanation. At last he proposed some basic tactics to the proctors'work from five practice stages , which are prerequisite for achieving the function, support, key link, basic guarantee and important channel.With higher vocational education developing energetically, the study on proctors'working theory is relatively backward, so proctors'work still has not attracted theorists'concern, the study on this essay is still a long–term and arduous task. But it provided a theory and practice for proctors to play their part better, and cultivate superior technical talents who are well developed morally, intellectuall and physically.
