Fairness in education is one of the conspicuous issues during thetransformation of our society. Disabled people form a typically socialvulnerable group, and the fairness in their education should beemphasized. It's necessary, in the very reality, to analyze the presentunfairness in disabled people's education, to discuss ethical groundsto promote its fairness, and to propose ethical countermeasures toresolve its unfairness, which finds its theoretical and practicalsignificance in the help of advancing the sound development ofdisabled people's education.Fairness is a behavior that gives a person that which he desertsand doesn't give him that which he doesn't desert. The principle offairness sees its meaning in two dimensions: everybody enjoys basicrights in a complete equality; and everybody enjoys non-basic rightsin a proportional equality. But theultimate solution to the unfairness in disabled people's educationlooks forward to the faster and better development of productivity.
