Recent years,the educational equality has been a common concern for citizens and scholars.The previous researches have investigated the connotation and extension of educational equality from economic,sociological,and legal point of view.However,it is lack of researches on educational equality in terms of ethical perspective.Considering the behavior subject and the main body of the rights and interests of educational equality are both human,it is appropriated to investigate the issues about educational equality from human perspective.Specifically,it is should be emphasized the human equality and ethical educational values,which are beneficial for educational harmonious development.This study deeply investigated the reasons of the lack of China educational equality and put forward targeted suggestions from ethical perspective by literature survey and general analysis.The study consists of four sections.Specifically,the first section introduces the purposes of this research and the background.The section two provides the new insight of fairness,educational equality and relevant ethical principles.According to traditional and ethical values,this study put forward three ethical principles in the process of promoting educational equality.the ethical principles are made up of impartial principle,equal principle and compensated principle.The section three deeply investigates the situation of educational equality and the reasons of the absence of educational equality.According to the three principles,this study respectively revealed the problems of present China educational equality from educational rights,educational opportunities,educational process,educational results.Moreover,this study deeply revealed that the reasons about the lack of educational equality primarily include five aspects including the backwardness of the concept of education,the gap between the rich and poor becoming wider,the imbalance in the allocation of educational resources,the education system being not standardized and the laws of education equality being not complete.The section four put forward suggestions that can be used to solve the current problems of educational equality in China from ethical perspective.Finally,according to the three principles and current problems,this study pointed out it is necessary to strengthen citizen's educational equality values,increase the proportion of education investment in economic income,rationalize and balance the allocation of educational resources,construct a complete and standardized teaching system and legal system,which are benefit for educational equality.
