Through investigation and analysis, we got to know that low efficiency in teaching is because of lacking of personal experiences. Teaching process is not only a kind of special cognition procedure, but a emotional course, an exploration, a communication.The essential purposes of the teaching process should be focus on the growth and the experience ability of the students.Once the students are get involved in learning and realize the joy of searching in learning, real interests of study may be inspired.It is the right way to shape the scientific attitude and raise better learning habit for the students to have more exploration to conclusion and more thinking out experience.New Curriculum Constructional Reform emphasis the process of the new conception exploration and the experience of obtaining knowledge, and it encourage the learning strategies of research and experience.The value of the curricular theories and curriculum reform is experience in teaching.Under this circumstance, we put forward the exploration and practice of"experience teaching"in secondary school Math Teaching.Based on the theotical analysis, connected with teaching practice, we have demonstrated research. There are four parts below:Chapter 1 is mainly about presentation of the Questions. According to the math teaching circumstance in primary school, analysis the reasons and point out the importance of the experience in learning. Explain the definition and the understanding of"experience"and"experience teaching". The history of the development of the experience teaching theory is mentioned here. Differentiate and discriminate the experience, cognize and sensibility. Analysis the connotation and characteristics of the Math experience and Math experience teaching.The basic teaching steps of this model are:Create situations during teaching processExplore emotional learning processTransform passive to positive oneDevelop, enjoy and make use of active emotion.Chapter 2 is mainly about the theories bases of the experience teaching. Emotional Cognition Teaching, Modern Teaching Theory, Constructional theory, new Curriculum Standard Theory are the theoretical frame of the Experience Teaching Model.The part two of the paper also mentions the value, the principles and the possibility of practicing about this teaching model.Chapter 3 is about the teaching strategies of the experience teaching. Connected with the writer's personal teaching practice experience, talk the four aspects above in details: Create situations during teaching process--Explore emotional learning process--Transform passive to positive one--Develop, enjoy and make use of active emotion.The last part of the article is the self-reflection and self-examination about the problems occurred in teaching.
