The study focuses on learning frustration situation and coping style of high vocational students, study their frustration coping characteristics, performing frustration coping skill training. Provide the basis for psychological health and tutorial work.The study learned the status quo of frustration situation and reactions of 643 high vocational students through questionnaire, analyzed the frustration coping characteristics of the high vocational students. According to the investigation results, choose some students as the experiment group and trained the experiment group. The result shows as following :1. The main resource of frustration in the daily life of high vocational students is from relationships and study pressure. Grade has significant influence on relationship, study pressure, punishment and health adjustment, gender affects other frustration situation factors, and male is higher than female.2. The major one of common reactions of high vocational students is mature. Grade and gender have no significant influence on high vocational students'frustration coping style, the mutual reaction between grade and gender mainly lies in self-accusation, asking for help, fantasy wince and reasonable coping style.3. The high vocational students often use positive frustration coping strategy. Grade has no clear influence on their frustration coping strategy, but gender has clear influence on positive coping strategy, male is higher than female.4. High vocational students'frustration situation and coping style and positive self-defense mechanism have no close relationship, have nothing with positive self-defense mechanism. With the increase of coping magnitude for frustration situation, high vocational students will use unmature frustration coping strategy, mixed coping strategy and negative self-defense mechanism more, and reduce the use of mature frustration coping style.5. Coping skill training can help the high vocational students motivated students to improve their frustration situation, after the training, the students'frustration situation of relationships, study pressure and being punished decreased.6. Coping skill training motivated students to use mature coping styles of problem solving more and use unmature coping styles less, such as fantasy and wince.7. Coping skill training made the high vocational students reduce the use of wincing and negative self–defense mechanism.
