Quality is regarded as the lifeline of higher education, while how to assure higher education quality is one of the most popular topics as well as one of the most important and difficult projects for the experts from all over the world to study.Thanks to the steady increasing of college enrollment, which has broken through the norm of convention since 1999, China's higher education saw a historical development and has been in the developing stage of mass higher education. During this changing period, Chinese young people enjoyed a larger chance to go to college, which has contributed a lot for China to develop her vast labor resources and enhanced her comprehensive national strength and international conflict capacity. In fact, the transference from elite to mass of China's higher education is a vital step for China to change from a country of big population into one of big labor resources. However, the change does not simply mean to the increase of enrollment, but also the improvement of teaching quality and the teaching content. The two documents issued by the China's Ministry of Education provided strategies to deepen the educational reform and improve the education quality, among which the construction of a perfect quality assurance system is an efficient step to enhance the level of work.The training of high-level talents, especially, in their undergraduate period, is of the core importance in the whole higher education project. On the developing stage of mass higher education, how to assure the quality of undergraduates training scientifically is certainly an urgent project of the time.So, it is the responsibility for all higher educational institutions to follow the instructions of the documents of the China's Ministry of Education and managed to research brand-new ways of undergraduates training as well as constructing a good quality assurance system.For the above purpose, the thesis was written from the perspective of Marxism intellectual-training theory and based on the in-coming knowledge economy era. In it, several under-debated concepts such as higher education quality and higher education quality assurance were clarified at first, and then some correspondent theories were introduced, according to which the ideal graduates China currently needs to cultivate were proposed, i.e. high-level talents with strong responsibility for society as well as the spirit and ability of innovation. By analyzing the problems existing in China's undergraduate training, attempts were made to solve them from three aspects, i.e. the way out introduced by the two documents China's Ministry of Education issued, the correspondent system to assure these ways to be carried through and the constructive advices the author offered.
