Personnel training is the fundamental task of universities, training quality personnel security increasingly important in higher education development. With the end of the century college enrollment, students in the rapid expansion of the scale, personnel training quality assurance in higher education is becoming a hot research. Meanwhile, the students more open, coupled with international education resources and educational philosophy, and international exchanges and cooperation between universities is increasing, China’s education market in terms of educational resources and students and other students ushered in unprecedented competition. Expand the scale of college enrollment for the people to provide more opportunities for higher education, promote social development and progress, and to carry forward the traditional culture heritage Meanwhile, the rapid expansion in the number of students has brought great pressure, making the development of colleges and universities is difficult to balance the scale and quality of conflict, contradiction is reflected in every aspect.
