The thesis proposes the viewpoint, based on the resources theory, the competition theory and the resources integrate theory, which resources, ability, competition , core competition are advancing gradually in school organization. The school competition originates from integrating to resources and the ability about time and space. The integration not only includes different resources that belong to school, but includes the outside resources, which is the core of school competition. Exteriorly, school competition is an ability to obtain resources. But interiorly, school competition is an ability to integrate resources.Under the viewpoint, a structural model of resources integration, which concerned cultivating school competition has formed. The author analyses level relations of organizations, resources, and competition in school. Then considered that there are three levels of integration of school resources. Firstly, the operation level organization has formed organization's ability to integrate and use own resources simply; Secondly, the coordination level organization coordinates and integrates the resources and ability of the operation level organization further, and formed the school competitive ability in some area. Thirdly, the school strategy level organization conforms the resources, ability and competitive ability of all organizations of the former comprehensively, that is the organization studies, forms the core competitive ability of school. Then there are three parts of mutually independent and related each other. Which discusses the conformity of resources on each level. And discusses strategy of resources integration of all level mainly, and provides the reference for the manager to deal with the school resources.
