With the influence of international educational action research theory and the further development of Chinese educational curriculum reform, the voice of"Teachers as researchers"has been up and School-based educational research carried out in primary schools has been a hot topic. Now there are multiple forms of University-School Collaborative Research in China which have got initial achievements. But there are still some difficulties in mind and practice of U-S Collaborative Research because of it's in the initial exploration stage which may impact the effective development of Cooperation Research and School-based educational research. This artical takes one School-based Educational Research Base School of Dalian as the research object. From long-term inspection of School-based Educational Research Base School——primary school A and references of experience in western countries and China, I try my best to give some suggestions about University-School Cooperation Research in School-based educational research. This article constitutes by five parts. They are introduction, research design, theory evidence, case study of cooperation, conclusions and action suggestions. The forth part is the core of the whole article which is concrete showed in the form of case study.
