For pushing forward the education reform in our country in order to educate the students to be more creative. It is important that teachers recognize the basic structure of teaching and learning .It is necessary to change the old teacher-centered way into a more advanced theory of students being the main objects ,teachers being the key functioned. Realizing this, the integration of information technology and the teaching of each academic course is very important . However the level of application of information technology in primary and high schools is very low. Teachers'not having a deep understanding is another problem .To solve these problems, the writer introduces some solutions based on years of teaching experiences and researches on this subject .This article has four parts.The first part makes analysis and shows the necessity and urgency of this topic.The second part introduces the current conditions of integrating of information technology with different teaching courses in developed countries and in China .The third part mainly discusses the content and theory of information technology; The purpose and principles of integrating information technology and mathematic teaching ; The common lesson type of the integrating of information technology and mathematic teaching ; The advantages of the integrating information technology and mathematic teaching ; The handling of relationships between information technology and mathematics teaching . The problems and solutions of the integrating information technology and mathematic teaching.The fourth part gives a teaching plan on high school mathematics teaching , using the method of integrating information technology and mathematics teaching .The teaching plan contains ;The design of teaching goals ; The design of teaching content ; The design of learning goals ; The design of teaching target ; The design and analysis of teaching strategy ;The design and analysis of teaching process .Finally the writer points out the ways to make move improvements .
