With the development of society and education reform becoming unceasingly deeper, the pre-school education receives more and more recognition from the entire society, and the pre-school teacher 's specialization becomes the hot topic among the domestic and foreign education research day by day. The article makes the starting point for the school education of pre-school teacher who are still under the cradle phase during their growth,complying the principle of theory unified with practice,synthesizeing the related domestic and foreign research results, studies the teaching strategy to promote the pre-school teacher professional skill through case analysis method,observation method, visit and interview method,documentation analysis method,etc.The article mainly is comprised by three parts:First part, question statement. Here analyses the present situation and background of the pre-school education and pre-school teacher's education,pointing out the necessity of studying of the teaching strategy for pre-school education.This article analyzed the existing questions about the pre-school teacher education through the analysis and trimming of the related research for pre-school teacher'professional skill and the teaching strategy,the research methods involved in this article are also explained.Second part: The existing questions of (the pre-school teacher ) student's professional skill and the reason analysis. Mainly through observation and interview method, this article summarizes the questions of (the pre-school teacher) student's professional skill : The professional interest of the student engaged in the pre-school teacher is not strong; The leaning branch phenomenon is serious,lack of the initiative study consciousness,not good at practice ability. Main reasons resulting in the problems are analyzed:the low level of social recognition towards the pre-school teacher,the reduction of the (pre-school teacher) student source,the unreasonable curriculum arrangement,the improper utilization of the teaching strategy and the bad teaching management.Third part,the teaching strategy to promote (pre-school teacher )student's professional skill. The article studies the teaching strategy of pre-school through observation method,visit and interview method,documentation analysis method and propose the concrete teaching strategy:recognition primarily to pay attention to the training of student's profession spirit,establishment of the question entironment to enhance student's education wisdom,creation of the interpersonal interaction atmosphere to improve the student's practice ability.
