The constructing of mother tongue language teaching system has itsfurther significance, that is to shoulder the holy responsibility ofrealizing the great renaissance of our nation. Chinese is the carrier anddisseminator of our Chinese culture and customs. It is necessary for theChinese to learn the Chinese traditional culture and custom and carryforward the Chinese distillation. By learning our Chinese traditionalculture, we can not only cultivate our sentiment, but also improve ourculture quality and make our personality more excellent. To have goodStudy habits, excellent psychology and perfect personality, it is alsonecessary for the teenagers to learn the excellent traditional culture.The intention of this article is to carry forward the intrinsic value ofChinese traditional culture and to help the students to improve theirability of cooperation and research, improve their Chinese knowledge, andmake them realize the distillation of our Chinese culture and customs.Thisarticle mainly explains some elementary content which is based on thetraditional culture and try to explore the meaning of cultural inquiry.It puts an emphasis on how to understand and master Chinese language, howto understand national traditional works and how to let students understandthe rules to be responsible and excellent. It calls on the teaching modeof "Independence, Cooperation and Probe", and designs activity projects forthe Chinese study and research. It tries to give the students chances ofcomprehensive study and to find the solution to the improvement of students'Chinese accomplishment.The main content includes five sections: the topic to be researched onand its background and meaning; the essence of traditional culture and itspractical meaning; the lingual connotation of Chinese and its relationship with culture; the essence of inquiring study and its meaning to theimprovement of Chinese accomplishment; the practice and reflections of aninquiry to traditional Chinese culture and the Chinese teaching to thejunior school students.
