Living organism can gradually adapt to altitude hypoxia environment through altitude training, although their mechanism has not been entirely explored. What we know for sure is that erythropoietin is a kind of blood-producing factor that can accelerate the multiplication and differentiation of the hemoglobin progenitor cell, while hypoxia environment is one of important factors that speed the development of EPO. Because it' s special functions, rhEPO be considered stimulant , be prohibited by IOC. So to search new ways—altitude training to improve inerEPO is became more and more important. This study explored the control group and experimental group that under the hypoxia inducement environment so as to reveal the adaptive mechanism and activity ability of albino rats by observing the change other elements of EPO and other elements. The albino rat is the subject of the experiment. We gradually increase the altitude so as to build up the training model. These albino rats were divided into two group—experimental group and control group. Albino rats in the control group have the different living condition with and the training the experimental group. Respectively, in the 1,7,14day, their EPO, Hb, Hct, RBC, the bulk of the erythrocyte, the average content of RBC hemoglobin ,the red blood cell volume distribution width and the time of strength uses up were measure. The findings of the experiment are so follows:1. After six weeks training in 2000m, 2500m, 3000m hypoxia environment, the number of RBC and Hb of the albino rats of experimental group has increased very obviously. On the contrary, the rats of the control group have obviously rise in the those respects, it shows that the ability of carrying oxygen in experimental group.2. There is no difference between the experimental group and the control group in the aspect of MCH,MCHC,HCV,RDW. 3. There is an obvious difference between the experimental group and the control group in the aspect of antifatigue, which shows that the hypoxia training can improve body's ability of carrying oxygen, lessen fatigue and increase stamina. The findings show that:1. The experimental group could easily adapt to the altitude hypoxia environment, which can be justified by their emergency reaction of related blood elements. But, different altitudes and training patterns brought different adaptation range: the resistance power of hypoxia of the experimental group is better than the control group, which is shown by their rapid mobilization of EPO to adapt the hypoxia environment. This kind of differentiation may has much to do with their training environment.2. Same training response in hypoxia environment to improve the Hct and the number of Epo and hemoglobin plays an important role. The control group with low training group all the same high speed training, but the training time was reduced, the rats in various heights and physiological indicators show a positive change. This does not reduce high-altitude training for the total training load, the use of intermittent training section, does not affect the strength provided some evidence that the "plain high-altitude training" provided a reference.
