The hope of revitalize nation lies in education, and the hope of revitalize education lies in teacher. The key problem of education is quality of improving education forever, and the key of improving education quality lies in teacher. So teacher's own research gets extensive concern in recent years. By the means of literature material, investigation and statistics methods ect., this thesis carries on preliminary research on job satisfaction and job engagement of 423 P.E. teachers in college and university and relation in Fujian .The main result of study is as follows: 1.The job satisfaction integral level of RE. teachers in college and university is general in Fujian, and their job engagement's overall state is better. 2.The demography variable of exerting an influence on job satisfaction level of RE. teachers in college and university in Fujian has length of teaching, professional title, school classification. The difference is not prominent between different sex and difference education RE. teachers in college and university on job satisfaction level. There are prominent differences on job itself, job environment and job income in job satisfaction of the RE. teachers of different length of teaching (p<0.05) ; there are prominent differences on job environment and job income in job satisfaction of the RE. teachers of different professional titles (p<0.05) ; there are prominent differences on job itself, job income and school management in job satisfaction of the teachers of different school classification (p<0.05) . 3. The demography variable of exerting an influence on job engagement of RE. teachers in college and university in Fujian has school classification, there are not prominent differences on job engagement of RE. teachers in college and university of different sex, length of teaching, education and professional title. There are prominent differences on job importance in job engagement of RE. teachers of different classification school(p<0.01 ).4.The relation reaches extraordinary significance level between RE. teachers in college and university's job engagement and job satisfaction; job itself, school management and job environment have certain prediction function to RE. teachers' job engagement, and it is 35.4% for its explaining amount together, improving RE. teachers's job satisfaction can improve their job engagement effectively.
