In the decision of developing the vocational education energetically, the State Council has pointed out that we should accelerate the close-joint between the teaching activities and practical production, technology-spread, social service, promoting them facing the society, to build the long-effect system, following a way of joint of schools and enterprise as well as production and teaching.The core of the union of schools and enterprises is the effective cooperation of the teaching activities and the establishment and performing of the practicing bases. With the increasing of the ordered-classes in the secondary vocational schools, the problem that is worth probing is the teaching model? What it is and how to building and carrying out it becomes the most important project for ours study.Through the methods of investigation, example-analysis, Comparison-analysis, action-study, the author investigated 17 secondary vocational schools and choose 12 ones as the investigating targets. The sthudy-contents are main on their cooperation of facilities and fund, the cooperation of teaching work, the cooperation between technologic development, service and management, and also comparing the teaching models home and abroad, and try some efficiency Countermeasures to be good for the development of the secondary vocational education.
