The Preliminary Exploration On The Establishment Of The Learning-oriented City

Nowadays, our country has already got into completely a stage of the construction of the well-to-do society. In this process, city regions will initiatively get into an overall well-to-do society by all means. While in the process of the city's stepping into an overall well-to-do society, constructing a learning-oriented city is an important path which promotes the construction of an overall well-to-do society in the city.Currently, the investigation on the learning-oriented city at home is basically concentrated on basic theories, but little research result is based on the requirements of two modernizations and the overall well-to-do society realization. So it provided a research space for this thesis. Here I'll put the emphasis on the contents as following: Firstly, it'll make a brief comb about the development and evolution process of the learning-oriented city concept. And furthermore make a definition of this concept.Secondly, this thesis will carry on a more thorough study about the relationship between the construction of learning-oriented city and taking a comprehensive and modern road in our country as well as carrying out an overall well-to-do society. Then putting forward the basic target and steps of establishing a learning city in our country.Thirdly, through the analysis of the practice process about the learning-oriented city establishment in our country, it points out the problems which exist in the process of the construction of the learning-oriented city establishment. And it puts forward the principle of the establishment and makes some suggestions about how to improve the situation at the same time.Finally, it puts forward the evaluation method of pushing the construction of the learning-oriented city in our country on the basis of the analysis in both the theories and practical experience.
