Freshmen of secondary vocational schools enter into schools, there are some phenomenon on them such as: poor activities of daily living, family and love generated by loneliness, interpersonal tensions, learning obstacles, the goal of Lost, mental confusion, a number of them are not suited to causing anxiety, impetuous, eccentric, inferiority complex, weariness, and other psychological problems affecting their normal school life, and even lead to extreme actions and neonatal emergencies from arising.In this paper we study Henan Economic Management school 2007 freshmen, investigation will be opened through classes, students individual interviews, observation, and other tracking methods, It was analyzed such as : not suited to the type of performance, features ; harm done a systematic exposition; from an objective environmental change and its special Freshmen point. Pointed out:It is differences between secondary school and junior middle stage in the teaching and management; It has some shortcomings at this stage in the admission of secondary vocational school education; the impact of family and the community; obstacles of new psychological characteristics, learning and interpersonal relationships. Combined the causes proposed solutions: secondary schools should establish a scientific system of education system in the admission; tutor should play adaptation in the special role; teachers need to make efforts to help freshmen break through learning bottleneck. Attention Freshmen mental health education and building long-term integrity of the mental health education system.
