Nowdays, the technology is making progress, the knowledge is growing, that make the education becomes very important than before. The teachers from the middle school and the primary school, as the major part of foundamental education, are surely professional. Therefore, in order to make teachers have much higher skills, and adapt to new requirements of teachers in the 20s, we have to find out a series of rules, methods, and strategres to improve teachers' professional skills as soon as possible. In this case, we can train teachers effectively. Based on established eligibly, professional teachers' education technology training foundation, forming a complete and functional system, as well as based on the document and the regulation of the Ministry of Education: The plan of developing education action during 2003-2007, The regulations for teachers continions education and The plan of construction of educational technology capacity for all teachers in our country, to establish the terms and requirement of the training base, and constitute a base for teachers' public study and support a service system, to improve education technology training level for middle school teachers and the primary school teachers. All of above is the leading idea of this paper.This paper based on the research of education technology applying situation and training current situation in the middle school and the primary school in Lanzhou, and made a statistic analysis on research result. This paper analysed some existed major problems and reasons in application and training, and combining the international research fruit, putting forward some corresponding resolvment. The paper is also a training strategy which is scientific and flexible.This paper is on the basis of relevant training project of modern education technology for teachers in the middle school and the primary school in Lanzhou, insisting on the basic core of focus training, teaching training, the training of science and research. Trying best to perfect construction of training network for Band 4 base, expanding training area, adapting and selecting training content, and applying various training strategies to develop various education technology training. We also should eusure policy system, on the basis of communicative study, make teachers in the training become positive and practical. We should strenthen results of teachers' education technology training, to realize make use of theory. Strengthening science and research, exploring rules, guaranteeing training development, improving training effect, trying best to improve teachers' capacity and level of quality education, and adapting to basic education courses reform and developing requirement.
