The development concept is the overall view and fundamental standpoint about essence, purpose, connotation and request of development. On the basis of summing the 25 years' experience of China's Reform and Open Policy and absorbing forefathers' achievements and in view of the main problems in China's current development, Scientific Concept of Development was put forward. It is a new development and a right choice of Sustainable Development in China.In middle schools, teenagers' ideological perceptions aren't mature, with great plasticity. The education of Scientific Concept of Development in the teaching of human geography of middle schools can help students well understand Scientific Concept of Development and cultivate their good behavior habits. In long views, the education of Scientific Concept of Development and exerting the minor's special influence on the family and the community influence on adults can finally enhance people's whole cognition about Scientific Concept of Development. So How to transfer it to students is the task that is far-reaching and urgent.This article adopts scientific research methods such as literature research, questionnaire survey and investigation research and interview.Firstly, through scientific research we study what is Scientific Concept of Development and the relations between the evolution and education of Outlook of Social Development and Scientific Concept of Development and the meaning of the teaching of Scientific Concept of Development of human geography in high schools. Secondly, through questionnaire survey and investigation research and interview on the Senior I students' development concept , we used educational experimental methods and found that the students' recognitions about development are one-sided. Therefore, it is important and urgent to develop students' Scientific Concept of Development. In the teaching of human geography in middle schools, according to separate students' cognitive structure,life experience and study methods, we should instruct them to choose their proper study methods and comprehensively to use many teaching ways and measures to educate the Senior I students to enhance Scientific Concept of Development. After the analysis of experiment results, the remarkable effect was verified to develop students' Scientific Concept of Development in the teaching of human geography in middle schools.
