Ethical Spirit In University Human Source Management

This thesis gives an analysis on meaning, request, matter, principle and measures of ethical spirit of human resource management (HRM) in high school from the management ethical perspective. There is not so much research on HRM ethical at present, but it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to improve HRM in high school to tap the latent power of it and to strengthen its power in ethical spirit.Ethical spirit of HRM in high school has a set of rather independent meaning and request. Moral quality of teacher is an important component of HR, moral standard is an important measure of HRM, and ethical realization is an important goal of HRM. The request of ethical spirit of HRM in high school contains establishing humanism basis thought, making a scientific administration mechanism, in order to reach the optimization of management efficacy.Presently, there are some emergent ethical problems in HRM in high school, such as old managing thinking, lack of competition inspiration, unfair distribution, slack labor force flow, improper professional competition and so on. In order to solve the ethical problems, the following ethical principles should be followed: equity, opening ness, justice, orderliness, standardization and motivation. The following measures can be taken to solve the above problems: establishing the concept of"human standard administration", carrying out the policy of morality encouragement, building moral atmosphere in campus, paying attention to moral self-discipline to improve ethical spirit of HRM in order to establish humanism basis thought, optimize management style and upgrade actual effect of management.
