The class managing has been existed in the teaching feild for a long time. There will be no effective classroom teaching, if absent of effective classroom management.Classroom management and teaching are depend on each other. For a qualified teachers, not only need solid professional thinking, professional scientific knowledge and education theoretical attainments, but need classroom management skills, because classroom management is an important driving factor of teachers'teaching activities. Only when a teacher serves as a good teaching organizer or a manager, it might make better use of teaching resources to improve their teaching effectiveness. One who do not know how to do a good teaching job if he don't good at classroom management. In actual teaching practice, different styles of teachers and classroom management level is not the same. According to the traditional view, open-minded male teachers are tolerant, humor, witty, self-confident and atmospheric. and they are good at regulating classroom atmosphere. Female teachers are affable, moderate, serious, responsible, with higher working enthusiasm, but they are uaually lack of self-confidence.There is no doubt that different gender teachers in the classroom management style is different. This paper did a classroom observation between the primary school teachers of different gender on gender differences of classroom management from a gender perspective .The paper used classroom observation and interviews, selected four primary school teachers to study different gender objects through classroom observation and interviews to collect first-hand information for comparative and analysis ,to explain different gender teachers on classroom management existing differences.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part statement the origin, and then reviewed the relevant foreign and domestic classroom research results presented papers on the perspective and methods.The main body of the paper examine two aspects of primary school teachers in classroom management gender differences. Classroom observation by the author found that male teachers in the classroom management are more tolerant and more democratic, and female teachers in the classroom management are more stringent, sensitive. Male teachers in the classroom management are relaxed than female teachers, male teachers in classroom management are generally more serious problem when it attention, while female teachers is often strict management to avoid classroom management issues.The paper analysises classroom management differences between male and female teachers in primary schools, show that they should be in accordance with its own characteristics. Fale teachers in primary schools, students should be more emotional exchanges. Male teachers in primary schools should also be in the classroom to encourage more use of the guide, rather than the use of corporal punishment, and should be more emphasis on discussion , persuasion and education. The female primary school teachers, the classroom should be more relaxed atmosphere, the management of the students will not be too severe. Male and female teachers should learn from each other to be loved and outstanding teachers by the students as quickly as possibleThe inadequacy of the thesis research is that classroom observation of a single point of comparison, lack of multi-dimensional and multi-level analysis classroom management, and lack of justification for feeble demonstration which in the future the author will study and research clearly in this direction.
