The Situation, Issue And It's Countermeasures About Farmer-Training Of Fengxian Country In Shanghai

Since the reform and opening up policy carried out, the upward trend of general development of the rural area has been witnessed by the world. Nevertheless, issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers are facing negative impact from macro-economic development and social values. It is not allowed to avoid the new contradictions from development from time to time. The new items such as rural migrant workers, three-nothing farmers and old and youngest stay-at-home village has appeared, which reflects profound issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. It is a long way to educate farmers with quality matching new countryside development. It needs rational assessment and thinking how to really develop prosperous farmer-training according to the actual needs. In this article some phenomena during farmer training were studied in order to find out some constructive proposal for the sound development of farmer training.
