Research Into Organizational Structure In Vocational School

Nowadays, The root of the problems in vocational education is the low efficiency of vocational school to a great extent. One of the most important reasons is the unreasonable organizational structure in vocational school,therefore, we should pay great attention to the reform and construction of vocational school so that its efficiency can be improved. Vocational education is the strategic center of gravity of education and vocational school is the institution which takes the mission of vocational education in China. The organizational structure in vocational school has a great influence on achieving educational goals and embodying the efficiency of vocational school. The outdated organizational structure has been an impediment to developing vocational school. This paper is mainly on organizational structure in vocational school. To realize the sustainable and sound development of vocational school, the writer tries to construct the organizational structure such as network organizational structure, matrix organizational structure in order to offer a reference for the transition of organizational structure in vocational school.the idea is as follows : Section 1 :Based on the existing conditions and problems of the inner organizational structure in vocational school, the writer analysis the necessary connection between social development and transition of organizational structure, points out the inevitability of reforming the organizational structure in vocational school in information age.Section 2: Introduction of organization structure and design theory.Section3: Formed several exercisable organization models by anglicizing the problems existed in the organizational structure in vocational school carefully and using the related management logos, for example, organization theory, flow reconstitution and learning organization to make deeply research on the organizational structure in vocational school, and commented on them.
