With the progress of the times and social development, the new technologies are rapid and profound impact on mankind's production and lifestyle. The advent of the information society needs of the community not only has talent, "Reading, writing, arithmetic" and other fundamental skills, but also need to have some information and knowledge. Since the national work conference of the information technology education in primary and secondary schools in 2000, China's information technology courses has a rapid development. Faced with such a situation, quantity and quality of the current information technology teachers can't meet the needs of curriculum development. Moreover, it can't fundamentally improve the situation of China's information technology teachers just by the way of the-job training. Therefore, it is an urgent task on specialized training to teachers in Information Technology Information Technology Education College becomes professional building.This study is to standardize the basic education teachers in information technology professionals, through the interviews and surveys on the higher education and technology in computer Science and technology (Normal) professional teachers to understand and analyze these two plan professional courses. After unite situation of the information technology education with high school teachers, give the suggestions of the development information technology (direction). There are five parts in this thesis:The first part is introduction: It mainly introduced the background, purpose, methods of the research and the paper frameworks.The second part: It major defined the key concepts in this study and summarized the related research on the current situation at home and abroad.The third part: It introduced the investigation and analysis on the present situation of information technology professionals in the education field (direction). IT included the survey of high school information technology teachers, the survey and interviews of professional information technology education, the programs investigation of professional information technology education.The forth part: On the basic of the research, it advanced the development of strategies of information technology professionals in the education field (direction).The fifth part: Conclusion.
