Since the 1990s, as a core of the information technology improving quickly, computer and WWW have had far-reaching impact to educational reforming of primary and secondary schools in the U.S. and in China. Scholars have had been studying and practicing theory of information technology and curriculum integration for some time and have gain much of fruitful results.U.S. was the first in studying and practicing theory of information technology and curriculum integration, it has much significance reference to China's educational practice.In the article, my conclusion is based on the theory of construction and the theory of educational technology and information technology and curriculum integration, we gave an analysis of the theoretical development of information technology and curriculum integration and of in the primary and secondary school teaching practice in U.S since World War II.The Introduction chapter shows a researching background and research methods, and we have sum up about the level of the current information technology and curriculum integration simply , and put forward the research objective of this article is finding a way to actualize information technology and curriculum integration in our country.The first chapter sums up the theory of the information technology and curriculum integration of U.S. since World War II.Viewing on the U.S. federal government and states in how to promoting educational information technology integration of policies and measures, how to achieve school integration, and several other points.Chapter II gave furthor analysis on how American gain practice on information technology and curriculum integration. Through on several necessary elements including teachers, students, information technology (computers and networks), teaching methods and teaching organization, we have an idea onabout how have American been practicing on the throry of information technology and cruuiculum integration. and for furthor,we know some educational features of the U.S. primary and secondary schoolsBased on Chater 1 and Chapter 2, we have a educational conclusion of Chinese primary and secondary schools in teaching practice, and we gave some operational suggestion against some of the issues.In the research, we want to try to plan or design a simple teaching mode, from classroom designing, preparing software and computer and so on for the course designing, finally we will build a relatively and flexible organizational model on classroom teaching, a model may be a useful role on guiding teaching practice.
