At present, in senior high school the number of the senior high students who have difficulty in learning the mathematics becomes more and more in the process of teaching mathematics. Thus, these students will reduce the enthusiasm and the interest day by day, those enthusiasm which is brought in the process of learning will reduce just in the same way.As known to all, interest is the best teacher. Enthusiasm is an access to knowledge as a major non-intelligent factors, it will have great function to students in learning. Therefore, realizing and solving these problems which is the low learning interest about these students who have difficulty in learning mathematics in correct way is the requirement of carry out the quality-oriented education and improving the teaching quality in mathematics.In this paper the theoretical of research is about the theory of learning interest. By using the method of documentary research, interview and discuss, observe, investigates, experiments and so on. firstly, summarizing the present research situations about learning interest and the theory of learning interest. In learning the theory of reference of the current high school mathematics education learning difficulties, and consulting the research results about the senior students who have difficulty in learning mathematics, made the conception about the senior students who have difficulty in learning mathematics out clearly. On this basis, we give the part of the high school teachers and some senior students who have difficulty in learning mathematics a few interviews, and carefully observe the behavior and activities' of the of high school students inside and outside the classroom, after we analyze the results of interviews and observations, we summarize the main five unhealthy characteristics of high school students who have difficulties in learning mathematics. Secondly, search for the reasons of the question why the senior students who have difficult in learning mathematics, both from the inner factors and the out factors. Thirdly, referencing of psychology and pedagogy of researching conclusion about the enthusiasm of the senior students who have difficulty in learning mathematics, and combining with the my ten years teaching practices raising the methods of inspiring the enthusiasm of the senior students who have difficulty in learning mathematics, and then get ten conclusions which can inspire the students to learn mathematics; finally, doing the experiments on these students who have difficulty in learning mathematics about the exciting and culturing of the enthusiasm by veryfying the conclusions. Before and after the experiment, carrying out the questionnaire survey calculate the percent of every aspect and doing contrast and comparison then getting out the conclusion.
