Study On The Construction Of Teachers' Group Of Newly-built Higher Vocational Colleges

In the process of our country towards modernization,the need of the people is also developing to diversified direction.We not only need the scientific style also the practical style.In1999,after Chinese authority made a decision of fully developing Higher Vocational Education(HVE),a basic system on HVE was formed.This is a system from primary grade to high grade,combined with school education and short-term training.The construction of the ranks of teachers has made progress.In the composing of higher vocational college,it has quantity of school that formed from the original junior school.This kind of newly-built high vocational school college presented some problems in the process of development.For example,unreasonable staff-mix in general and weakness in delivering practical techniques and skills,educators and teaching staff engaged in this field are currently not fully qualified yet and morality level needs to be raised.By the method of document searching,investigation and case studying and statistic analyzing,the thesis systematically analyzes the achievement and the problems of newly-built Higher Vocational College,based on the case of Fujian International Business & Economic College.The thesis investigates and analyzes the current problems of teachers' group and find out the causes.Finally,with the combination of newly-built Higher Vocational College teachers' cultivation goal,the thesis proposes a solution to the construction of newly-built Higher Vocational College and gives the effective means to improve the overall quality of teachers' training in detail.Focusing upon the high professional education hotspot issue of "Double-Competency" Teaching Staff,the thesis suggests the qualification definition of "Double-Competency" Teaching Staff.The thesis tries to provide preference of the construction of teacher resources of newly-built Higher Vocational College.
