Research On The Mechanisms For Cultivating University Students' Career Planning Awareness

It is the first important mission for colleges and universities to train qualified socialist constructors and reliable successors. At present, due to their lack of correct understanding of occupatin and proper self-positioning as well as career planning awareness, most university graduates tend to be subjective and aimless in choosing occupations and fail to achieve employment in time after graduation, which results in a backlog and waste of human resourses.The cultivation of university students' career planning awareness is the intrisic power to exercise the function of students' career planning education.
