Compulsory education, as the important component element of public education has the characters of comprehensive,foundational and predeterminational. Following the reform and open to the outside world and urbanization proceeding stepping up,a large number of countryside labour force have moved to the city,becoming the"migrant workers".Many of their children who are in the compulsory education stage followed with their parents into the city. Because of many reasons ,the migrant workers children have not chance to enjoy compulsory education. So we must pay attention to the problem of education equality of migrant workers children in contemporary societyThis paper is divided into five parts:Part one:Preface to introduce the view of the article topic in brief, the recent research status of domestic and overseas ,the meaning, thinking and method of this study and research.Part two: Chief definition of correlation concept about education equality of migrant workers children,which is located in the equality of compulsory education in this article.The author thinks education equality have three features:government magistral,authority equality and relative variability.Part three: Brief summarize and grooming to the culture resoure of education equality,in order to solve the problem of education equality of migrant workers children.
