The High-skilled Talents are important power to push technique innovation and transform technology into real production. High-skilled Talents Cultivation is an important part of the stratagem strong country with talents. It related to the growing up of core competitiveness and comprehensive national power. Thus, this research has its academic and realistic values.This thesis is based on the theories of Adult Education, the talents theory and the system theory. Literature, investigation and interview methods are used to complete this research. The object of this research is High-skilled Talents in corporations. I try to find the cultivation system and strategy related to the government, corporation, society and High-skilled Talents themselves in social and individual aspects.There are altogether four chapters in this thesis:Chapter One: Introduction. The background, significance, researching status and researching methods are introduced in this chapter. The concept of High-skilled Talents, High-skilled Talents in Corporations, Cultivation of High-skilled Talents are defined.Chapter Two: Related Theories on Cultivation of High-skilled Talents in Corporations. Through the explanation of scientific concept of talents theory, the scientific concept of development theory, the scientific concept of development theory and the system theory, the bias of the High-skilled Talents influenced by the talents unilateralism are corrected. According to the overall cultivation of talents resources, the conception of overall cultivation of high-skilled talents is built. This can academically direct the cultivation of High-skilled Talents in corporations.Chapter Three: The Investigation on the Cultivation of High-skilled Talents in Corporations and the Analysis of the Results. Through the questionnaire investigation and interview of some high-skilled talents in corporations of Changning district, Shanghai, the problems in the fields of "Cultivation Resources", "Corporation Training" and "Self-development" are shown systematically. Corporations can better cultivate High-skilled talents if they recognize these problems.Chapter Four: Opinions on the Cultivation of High-skilled Talents. According to the characteristics of High-skilled Talents, opinions on the cultivation of high-skilled talents in corporations are shown socially and individually. The cultivation system and mechanism, "leading by the government, operating by the corporation, acting by the market" are brought forward. The principals of the cultivation of high-skilled talents in corporations, the guidelines and methods of curriculum and the approach to practice the cultivation are designed. In this research I also explore the way of High-skilled. Talents' self-development on four side: Career Self-identity, Development Program, Practice Accumulation and Skill Contests.
