Curriculum implementation is not only an activity of turning the curriculum theory into the curriculum practice but also a key item of being contributed to the success of the curriculum reform. As one of the principal parts of the curriculum implementation, teachers play an important role on the process of transferring the curriculum theory into the practice. And their standpoints, manners and evaluating styles of curriculum implementation will have a direct effect on the curriculum implementation. However, there are few investigations about physics teachers' adaptability of the new curriculum implementation in Zhejiang senior high schools. In order to promote the curriculum reform, we should understand the adaptability of today's teachers, find out the lacks and difficulties of teachers in curriculum implementation, and finally put forward some advice about implementing the curriculum effectively.This dissertation deals with the analysis of curriculum implementation and its essence, focusing on analyzing the teachers' roles and status in curriculum implementation. It considers "a teacher" as the subject of curriculum implementation, and analyzes some factors of teachers themselves that influence curriculum implementation. It also considers that teachers' curriculum consciousness, attitude, manner, diatheses and evaluate style exert a tremendous influence on the new curriculum implementation, and teachers should construct a new system of teaching reform in the process of the new curriculum implementation.Based on the literature analysis of curriculum implementation, this dissertation establishes questionnaire system by considering expertise, teacher interview. And this system includes four theme contents: physics teachers' preparing for new curriculum implementation in senior high schools; the change of teachers' concepts in curriculum implementation; the act of teaching; the exploitation and management of the curriculum. The data analyses include the descriptive analysis and the remarkable otherness analysis by using EXCEL and SPSS software. It shows that physics teachers face some adaptability problems in curriculum implementation: (1) physics teachers are not confident of the new curriculum implementation; (2) the current examination and evaluation system restrict curriculum implementation; (3) teaching resources are limited, while teaching equipments are not self-contained; (4) teachers' evaluating systems are faultiness; (5) physics teachers' diatheses should be improved; (6) the teachers' training system is not perfect.All the adaptability problems of teachers in curriculum implementation above should be divided into four parts: teaching implementation, exploring curriculum resources, teacher's evaluation and teacher's diatheses. This thesis provides four efficient strategies as follows: changing teaching strategies based on students' learning styles; exploring physical curriculum resources around students; reforming the currently teacher's evaluation, to reconstruct the teachers' evaluation systems; improving the teachers' knowledge structure, come down to what the knowledge is and how to manage the knowledge.
